B2B & Retail Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ZMERIK mobile application or platform (com.mobileuniversalparts.app), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Platform Eligibility & Use (सेवा का उपयोग)

ZMERIK provides wholesale mobile spare parts compatibility verification, B2B ordering, and technical lookup for mobile repair technicians, shop owners, and retail customers. You agree to provide accurate business, KYC, and delivery information.

2. Orders, Pricing & Verification (ऑर्डर एवं कीमतें)

All orders placed through the platform are subject to product availability and confirmation. Wholesale and dealer tier rates are strictly reserved for verified mobile repair workshops and technicians. Prices and catalog specifications may be updated periodically to reflect manufacturer pricing.

3. Product Installation & Technical Testing (टेस्टिंग व फिटिंग नियम)

All replacement spare parts (Displays, Touch Lenses, Batteries, CC Sub-boards) must be thoroughly bench-tested prior to installation or application of glue/paste. Any damage resulting from improper handling, overheating, or unqualified installation is outside platform warranty.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Names

The brand name ZMERIK, logo, and app designs are proprietary assets. All third-party mobile phone brand names and models mentioned are solely for the purpose of indicating part compatibility.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Korba, Chhattisgarh, India.
